Lory Park Zoo




A young Puma cub named Chazu jumps at the camera during a visit to Lory Park Zoo in Midrand, near Johannesburg. Lory Park Zoo is a private zoo that houses amongst others, puma, lions, tigers and leopard. They also have a wide collection of birds including many species of owls and parrots. An Ocelot paces in his enclosure.
A King Vulture in his enclosure. The King Vulture is indiginous to Central and South America and is found in tropical lowland forests stretching from southern Mexico to northern Argentina.
